This should be learning’s number 1 priority. Evaluation isn’t easy but there’s almost nothing in the learning field to make it easier.

It doesn’t matter if your learning culture, platform, design, engagement, etc are great if they make no difference to the the organisation and business.

This is why I’ve been focusing on evaluation as a topic for a while now. I’ve worked on how we need to develop different evaluation strategies and some of the tools around how to do it better. This is what I’ll be speaking about on 8th November at Learning 2022 in Orlando and 17th November at the Charity Learning Consortium Annual Conference in London.
