I’m at #Learning22 in Orlando this week and there was a moment yesterday which reminded me of why we do what we do.

I met a guest from the Women Talking About Learning podcast for the first time. There was a sense of recognition, and engagement which I haven’t had for a while. There was also the uncovering of a story and a change in someone’s life and practice.

Remember why you do what you do and seek out that recognition for yourself.
