Another banal article

I read an article on a learning publishing platform and sighed. Yes it was sponsored, yes it was supported with a provider ebook, yes it was a blatant attempt to harvest lead information.

But.

Please write something which isn’t simplistic – “Start with the end in mind”. Do we have to write this?

Please write something which is verifiable – “hybrid training approaches result in qualitative and quantitative value to the individual learner and the organization”. Evidence?

Please write something which is based in modern learning practice – “Tell learners how the training benefits them” isn’t really the way we do things any more.

Be better.
