How do you know what you’re looking for when you want to find out what’s new in L&D?

  1. One thing we do is acknowledge that what people / groups want and what they need may not be the same thing. With that in mind, we don’t just ask the person / group; we’ll ask employers, clients etc as well about the requirement.
