I saw a video the other day of a candidate using a LLM to answer questions in a job interview.

Almost 3/4 of applicants are using generative AI on a regular basis so it’s likely your new recruits will be doing the same.

just pause for a second and check your onboarding and induction processes. How super streamlined and efficient is it, something your potential new, digitally literate employee will engage with? Or is it lots of slide decks and links to readouts which smart employees will ask AI to summarise?
