When I started working there was little available in the digital space; most work was analogue and an effort required to get stuff done. Putting this effort into the work, and by association the learning, required effort and endurance.

I can now access anything at anytime. I can stream ANY content in a moment. The ease of access equates to an ease of use and, wrongly, to an ease of application.

Learning shouldn’t necessarily be easy. You need to invest some sweat equity into your personal and professional development.
