Indulge me

"Text 'INDULGE ME' on a blurry background of audio equipment"

I’m often asked to speak on podcasts and at webinars. I generally don’t because I feel like I do lots of that kind of media. I also  only do so on blogs, podcasts and publications, and at events where there are an equal split of male and female speakers. It’s really not difficult – you’re just making sure you have representation.

When producers acknowledge and follow this rule, I’m more than happy to contribute and was delighted to be asked to speak on the Top Shelf Creator podcast by the host Kabrina Ashley. Recorded in May of this year, we had a brilliant chat about all things measurement in learning as well as:

  • Why adult learning requires a focus on creating action-oriented learning experiences.
  • The shift from ‘just in case’ learning to ‘just in time’ and ‘just for me’ learning, as well as ‘just enough’ learning.
  • Gender equality in the learning and development industry.
  • The use of AI and technology in the workplace and the a shift in skills and a focus on creativity, innovation, and empathy.

Please do have a listen and feel free to get in touch if you want to know more.
