I’m publishing fewer posts on LinkedIn and this is one of the ‘exclusive’ posts which isn’t going to be tossed about on their algorithmic storm. I mentioned yesterday it’s tougher writing posts to appeal to the LI model; these posts aren’t.
They feel more authentic, honest and ‘my’ voice. As someone rather beautifully said the other day, my voice is ‘wry’. I’ll go with that.
As part of the gang who get this wry content, I’m delighted you’re here and hope the other LOUDER posts don’t cause too much inconvenience.
Lost and Desperate 
It’s one of the reasons I moved anything I wanted to say onto Substack. I’m not sure they’ve got their algorithmic formulae right. I’d be happy if it simply filtered out the vapid, thinly-veiled self-promos you see so much on there, but it doesn’t.
