I know I get stuff wrong. When I write something like the 50 more Big Ideas for example, I ‘know’ some people will be looking at it and criticising, challenging and probably laughing.

As Seth Godin so brilliantly put this week, if people aren’t laughing behind your back:

…it’s possible you’re not being bold enough, generous enough or creative enough.

It might be teenagers, competitors or that stranger down the street, but generous creative leadership always creates skeptics.

I’ll continue to generate creative ideas and let them laugh.
