This week has been interesting. Delivery and design, coupled with an urgent tender activity.

We often forget to build space into our calendars for urgency; this came up in a conversation when I realised that being busy is meaningless if it’s just making more stuff which doesn’t move you commercially.

I’m not sure what this means yet; most likely, it means changes in the way I work and think about work.
