Shortcuts

Like water, people tend to choose the path of least resistance. When completing a task that’s fine when you’re accomplished at the activity; you have the experience to manage the problems which may come up.

If a task is new to you, it makes sense to learn the complete way to do something. That way you can choose the shortcuts which work for you, rather than being caught out when they don’t work.

Shortcuts appear sensible at first sight; make sure they still take you to the destination.
