Lots of stuff can get me down but I choose not to let it stay. I went through a dodgy patch a few weeks ago but chose not to let it dictate who I am.
I didn’t have energy to exercise and it left me run down. So I just went out and ran anyway. I did a 10k at the week-end; it wasn’t fast but it was done.
If you think I’m brave for writing this stuff thank-you, but it doesn’t feel brave. It’s just a way to help me understand my mental health.
Some people have said it has helped them have conversations with other people. And that’s a good thing.
