The ‘problem’ is a lack of understanding (both within and without LnD) about how learning can influence across more than one slice of activity. Have a look at the chart at the top of this post; LnD should be part of discussions across each of the circles above.
Starting with aims and objectives through to all-encompassing culture, everything LnD does is a lever within the organisation.
LnD is more than just skills and behaviours; make sure that everyone knows that.
