I saw the TUAQ for digital services in government.

The TUAQ that Learning and Development need to ask is

‘How much do you really want your business to change?’

It’s not just about people, skills, behaviours or attitudes. Pull one of those levers you’re going to impact strategy, aims, culture, processes, systems, relationships and performance.

Next time you’re asked for a learning product, ask TUAQ for learning and see what happens.
