I get asked a lot of quick questions. Unfortunately, the answers are rarely quick. For example, someone recently asked me:

- What’s your data capture like?
- What HRM are you linking to?
- Are you building awareness, acquisition or application content?
And almost 20 further questions.
This stuff isn’t simple. It’s complicated and multi-faceted, with a range of variables in the process, culture, strategy and skills that you need to understand.
