It was Mental Health Awareness Week from the 10th to the 16th May. You might remember; there were lots of posts, articles and corporate noise about how organisations were supporting people’s mental health.
Everyone and their dog had a webinar, a workshop, a comms campaign and a dedicated intranet page. Success will have been measured in traffic, clicks, ‘engagement’ and attention.
Like International Women’s Day, raising awareness is nothing unless those same organisations are following through. 2 weeks later, ask did it really make a difference?
