Still in emergency mode

We haven’t had time to reimagine ourselves and our institutions as operating in virtual (or at least hybrid) context.

When we rushed onto Zoom and Teams to work through the emergency, we established these as the norms. They were emergency measures designed to get us through the day, week and month. Over a year later, they’re still here, we’re still operating in emergency mode and it’s no wonder we’re tired.

From a learning perspective, how much is still being done as emergency rather than emergent?
