The training professional will work within a frame; the dots will be numbered and completed in an order.

The learning professional will recognise that one frame isn’t enough; there are likely to be multiple frames, multiple shapes and unnumbered dots.

There’s nothing wrong by doing training. Don’t call it learning though unless you’re willing to bend and flex outside of your usual frame.
