When the BBC are talking about hybrid working you know that there is something going on. Unfortunately there’s still lots of noise and little signal.

I think part of that is because no-one has a solid idea about what the future will be. Lots of experts are talking about how they want it to be, but fewer are acknowledging that its still messy, difficult and more than just a change in where we work.
