I saw this story the other day and my heart sank:

Yes it’s good there is an awareness that ‘something must be done’, and if people want to ‘do something’ then LinkedIn Learning is as good as any.

But.

Not a single study has found that diversity training leads to more diversity. I hope that people haven’t just been dumped onto the training with an expectation that afterwards they will be less biased.

I doubt it.
