I saw this in a recent story on the HR Grapevine website:

According a recent survey of more than 1,000 UK workers, 70% don’t know what their employer’s long-term remote working policy is, and as a result are 33% more likely to resign within the year,

If you work in a learning function for one of these organisations, you’d better be ready to do a ton of onboarding and be able to flex your offer REALLY quickly.

Imagine working for an organisation without a long term resourcing plan.
