If you have rights it confers that you also have responsibilities. For example, if you have the right to explain how people can do their work better, you also have a responsibility to be ethical, fair, honest, etc.

Having responsibilities doesn’t necessarily mean you have the same rights. Like trust and respect, they operate on a different exchange rate. Make sure you know what rights you have and how responsible you’re expected to be.
