The idea of supporting people, so not to leave anyone behind, should be a key principle of all learning professionals. It’s our raison d’etre – to make sure that everyone has access to support.

What if the people are leaving you behind?

I would guarantee people in your organisations are accessing stuff outside outside your learning function, working independently, developing and improving.

If you can’t keep up with them, they’ll leave.
