The idea of supporting people, so not to leave anyone behind, should be a key principle of all learning professionals. It’s our raison d’etre – to make sure that everyone has access to support.
What if the people are leaving you behind?
I would guarantee people in your organisations are accessing stuff outside outside your learning function, working independently, developing and improving.
If you can’t keep up with them, they’ll leave.
How do you make sure you keep pace with them?
