Here’s an idea: what if managers were NEVER able to rely on hierarchical position?
Seeing people looking at the way we work now and are only just realising it’s the ways we could work before, how we might have worked before, and how – in many cases – we should work.
Pre-pandemic we were so anchored to the same systems, processes and cultures this thinking was ignored. Now is not the time to be ignorant about it.
