After my experiment last week I’ve noticed more AI activity. The latest has just been released by Apple Books.

Apple Books Digital Narration is now available to take your submitted content and, when you have chosen a narrator, will create an audiobook, narrated by a digital voice.

It may just be a gimmick.

It may not last.

But it’s a disruption. This is taking a technology, a use case, and a product, and placing them in front of the creator and the consumer.

This will create ripples – make sure you’re riding the wave they create, especially if you narrate work.
