The CIPD is repeating its L&D research. and this time they’ve done something different. Instead of asking one part of the system what it thinks, they’re asking everyone with a stake in how learning and skills develop to contribute to the same evidence base.
Good research shapes good practice, and we can’t, realistically, have too much of either.
