If a team, a group, another function or an individual is doing what you think is part of your job, what do you do?

It happens more and more in L&D as the lines of responsibility are blurred and, as content is accessible in a myriad of ways, more people want to develop learning support.

Your reaction matters. If you choose to support this work you’ll be seen as collegiate and helpful. If you compete with other people you’ll have to work harder to ‘sell’ to your business. Ignore these groups and individuals and it’ll happen anyway.

It’s a team game and playing as a team helps everyone.
