
John Manzoni, the Civil Service Chief Executive, said the Civil Service was doing 30% too much to do it well.
Does the same apply to learning? Over-engineered solutions and over complicated scenarios and experiences, with poor links to workplace activity, may look great but do they work?
If you could strip 30% from your learning design and delivery, what would it be? This isn’t about 70:20:10 by the way; a ‘sole‘ learning environment won’t work but if your budget, resource, time or capacity was cut by 30%, how would you work?
