
We’re being encouraged to pay digitally when we go to a shop, to order digitally when we go to a pub, or restaurant and it feels like we’re moving beyond twinned processes. The move to non-contact, socially distanced life is moving at pace.
Don’t assume that your learning offer won’t be the same. Stop building digital twins of analogue processes – workshops and training courses – and think more creatively how you might need to separate from the ways we worked before.
