How can you argue for evidence-first reasoning without evidence? And if you’re going to identify cost, security, governance and direction issues with AI adoption in L&D, give them some analytical treatment rather than treating them as side notes.

Most importantly, if your book says it is looking beyond predictions and examining what is “actually happening”, don’t rely on the evidence from interviews with three people, primarily individuals closely connected to the sponsoring organisation.
